3 Account Management

3.2 Account Closure and Suspension
eak333 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

3.3 Voluntary Account Closure

5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳22,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 25x wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before the bonus funds become withdrawable. If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
5.3 Bonus Usage Terms
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — a list of eligible games will be provided with each bonus.
- A user may not use more than one bonus at the same time.
- Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after the bonus is received.
- eak333 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of misuse is found.
- eak333 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
5.4 VIP Program
The eak333 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.5% for Bronze, up to 1.0% for Silver and up to 1.5% for Gold. Your tier may change depending on your gaming activity.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Fairness
All games on eak333 are operated in a fair and impartial manner. We use certified technology and methods to ensure fair play. Game outcomes are entirely random and are not predetermined in any way.
6.2 Technical Issues
If any technical fault or disconnection occurs during a game, eak333 reserves the right to void the result of that round. In such situations, the wagered amount will generally be refunded. However, server records will be considered final.
6.3 Betting Limits
